What are your processing times?

Our current processing time for all products is 5-7 days. Each one of our embroidered cocktail napkins is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Custom embroidery requires time to ensure the highest quality, and I truly appreciate your patience as I pour my love and skill into every piece!

If you have a specific deadline or event, please fill out our Contact Us form with as much detail as possible or email us at winstonandwaverly@gmail.com before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs.

Shipping Information

For standard U.S orders, the processing time is 5-7 business days after the order is received. Your item will then be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping via USPS (3-5 Business Days) is $5.00 or FREE on orders $75+.
  • Priority U.S. Shipping (2-3 Business Days) is $10.00.
  • Overnight U.S. Shipping (1 Business Day) is $25.00.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number can be found on your order confirmation page that will be sent to your email. You can also sign in and find your order information under your profile.

Care Instructions

  • We recommended hand-washing with delicate detergent, lay flat to dry, and use a warm iron on linen setting to flatten out any wrinkles.
  • If needed, the napkins can go into the washing machine with delicate detergent. For a polished look, lay flat to dry and use a warm iron to flatten out wrinkles.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not put in the dryer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you don't absolutely love it, we'll re-do your order or refund you!

Returns
If you're not happy with your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page or email us directly at winstonandwaverly@gmail.com. We'll gladly offer a full refund or work with you to make it right.

Exchanges
If there is an issue with your product (damaged during shipping, etc.) please reach out to winstonandwaverly@gmail.com to get in touch. I will send a replacement or work with you to make things right.
